*dialing outbound calls.
*diagnosing customers computers.
*educating the customers about the problems they are facing on their computers.
* make sure do not crack sales on irresolvable issues.
* making sure the customer is satisfied in all terms related to issues on which the sales cracked.
* sell anti virus packages.
Preferred both Male and Female Executives.
Freshers and Experienced can also apply.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Exp: 0-2 yrs
Work Location: Hyderabad.
Sal: 6K to 10K
