We have urgent openings for the Telecallers/Customer Care Executive post for BPO Company located in Trimulgherry, Hyderabad.
Requirements:
• Minimum SSC to Any graduate are eligible.
• Candidate should have good communication skills in languages i.e English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
• Should have basic computer knowledge.
• Good Convincing skills
• Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
• Answering the customer queries regarding the loan offered by the bank
• Build customer’s interest in the loans offered.
• Provide personalized customer service of the highest level
• Calling the top management level.
Best Salary will be provided.
