We are looking for Call Center Executive for a reputed company. We require Male Call Center Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls and Serves customers by determining requirements Answering inquiries resolving problems fulfilling requests maintaining database.
Roles and Responsibility:
Determines requirements by working with customers.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
Route calls to appropriate resource
Answer calls and respond to Customers emails
Qualification: 12th Pass, Any degree can apply.
Work Location: Secunderabad & Hyderabad.
Experience: 0-2 Yrs
