We have urgent openings for the position of Customer care Executive to a reputed company in Hyderabad. The candidate should have good communication skills in any two languages in English, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and Tamil. Job Description • A deep knowledge of the operations of a customer care department in an organization. •Candidate should have Excellent communication/ interpersonal/ presentation skills in English, Hindi and Telugu with clarity in speech, fluency and grammar. •Basic computer knowledge with MS-Office, Outlook and effective browsing skills. Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive. • To remain as basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, and feedback’s, requests etc. •Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received. •Research and compilation of answers for informational requests from customers. •Proper recording and scrutiny of the complaints received. •Maintain and develop external party relationships. •Preparing reports on the activities of the Customer Care department or team. •Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer. •Rendering useful administrative support to other members of the customer care team. •Ready to Work in Rotational Shifts. •Flexible to work for Inbound/Outbound. •Graduates/Undergraduates/Freshers are welcome.
