We have urgent openings for the position of Customer care Executive (Fresher’s/Experienced) to a reputed company in Hyderabad.
The candidate must have good communication skills in any two languages in English, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and Tamil.
Job Description:
Candidate should have Excellent communication/ interpersonal/ presentation skills with clarity in speech, fluency and grammar.
Provide customer support to the users of Perceptive Informatics products, projects and services.
Capable in handling customer calls in a polite way.
Required Good communication skills in English, Telugu, Hindi, Extra languages like Tamil, Kannada etc, will be an advantage.
Provide technical assistance as and when required.
Flexible to work for Inbound/Outbound.
Qualification: Minimum Intermediate to Any Degree
Work Location: Secunderabad and Hyderabad.
