•A post graduate or MBA with minimum 5 - 7 years experience in raising funds from Corporate & Institutions (Trust & Foundations).
•Post Graduation Qualification.
•Experience of writing proposals and reports for the specific purpose of fundraising.
•Proven analytical skills and the ability to think strategically in relation to fundraising.
•An in depth understanding of funding issues in relation to NGOs work in emergencies, development & campaigns.
•Substantial project management experience, including the management of teams and people.
•Experience of capacity building of team.
•Organisational awareness – understanding of organisation’s vision & values and use them in everyday working.
