Job Title: GENERAL MANAGER- NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Must Haves:
•Post-graduation in Management, Public health, Sociology, Public Policy or any other related field with a minimum of 10 - 12 years of post-qualification experience.
•Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal in English is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
•Managing all aspects of proposal development by working with field and headquarters staff on program design, proposal writing and (on occasion) cost proposal development.
•Identify potential donors and develop relationships with them by meeting them on a regular basis to update them on PSI activities.
