Third Sector Partners is a not for profit executive search firm devoted to finding top management talent for development organisations. We have been retained by Deworm the World Initiative (DtWI) to recruit a Country Director for their India Country Office. The incumbent would be responsible for overall partnership development, strategic planning, program administration, capacity building and fundraising.
DtWI was launched by economists Michael Kremer and Esther Duflo in 2007 in Switzerland. It has been engaged in India since 2009, beginning with the state of Andhra Pradesh. It operates in partnership with Innovations for Poverty Action and Action Foundation for Social Services, which is a section 25 company with it's headquarters in Bangalore.

Location: This position will be based in Bangalore or Delhi
The ideal candidate would be someone with a minimum of 12 years of post qualification experience of which at least 3 years have been in a senior management leadership role within a similarly complex and dispersed organisation in a public, private or non-profit context with demonstrated ability to network and engage with various stakeholders. Experience in streamlining organisations and an eagerness to work in a start-up atmosphere would be an added advantage.
