Indian speciality restaurant Sangam is looking for a cook who is specialised in curry and/or tandoori dishes.
Tasks: 1. Make Curry and/or Tandoori dishes. 2. Stand in for all functions in the kitchen. 3. Support the activities of the chef cook. 4. Carry out of the preparations, monitor/check of quality, taste, colour, fluidity etc. and the implementation of adjustments. 5. Clean of the work surroundings, kitchen equipment and machines. 6. Good knowledge of Indian/Pakistani ingredients. 7. A good team player who establishes himself in a flexible way and has good communication skills.
Job requirements: • Cook certificate level souschef/allround cook at Indian/Pakistani specialities and minimum 2 years relevant work experience or, • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in the Indian/Pakistani kitchen.
Reward is in accordance with Dutch standards (Horeca-cao scale V) with a year contract. It concerns a function of 38 hours p/w in Holland, The Hague. Send your CV to amalik@hotmail.nl.
