As a Public Financial Management (PFM) Trainer at FreeBalance you will be responsible for designing, preparing and delivering high quality PFM certification training to FreeBalance customers around the world. The PFM training is part of the certification program aimed at supporting the professionalization of the global PFM community. The PFM Trainer will work with certification bodies to support activities such as preparing, administering assessments, providing constructive feedback to students and developing regional and country-specific PFM training material. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance and have a professional accounting designation (ICAI/ICWAI) Minimum 6 years of senior level accounting experience / financial reporting, preferably in software industry Experience delivering financially related training programs will be considered an asset High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent English oral and written communication skills Strong focus on processes and procedures Excellent organizational skills - ability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet reporting deadlines Ability to work effectively in a team environment across multiple time zones Strong understanding of business, financial reporting, accounting methodologies and principles International Travel Required Extended periods of travel is required To apply for this position, please send us an email at hr@freebalance.com with your cover letter and resume.
