Hi, my name is Joe Sanfilippo. I'm half South Korean, and I'm of good health. I do not drink or have drug habits. I'm American, and have traveled around the world, and have worked with many talented individuals. I was trained by (Omesh)and(Annette Van De Water). I also trained with Tom Cruise's personal chef, (Aine Mc Ateer).
I'm living in South Africa, and have been here for almost three years. I have learned Exhosa, and currently run and manage a five star resort in the Eastern Cape. (www.CrawfordsBeachLodge.co.za)
I would like to experience and learn more about the Indian Culture and Cuisines. I'm an honest, humble, hardworking individual who strives only to be the best that I can be.
I started in the hospitality/Restaurant Industry when I was 16 years old and have been passionate about food ever since. My twelve years of cheffing and managing business's have taught me a lot.
