CNC Controls Engineer
Location – Novi, Michigan, USA
Full Time Position for a large US Company.
Company will do H-1 Transfer and Sponsor for Green Card.
Must Have Automotive/Automobile Experience.
Multiple Openings: 10
Job Responsibilities:
• A responsible and experienced Controls Engineer is required who will work with CNC and PLC
• Perform Hands on Programming and debugging.
• Responsible for CNC code writing.
• Must have 5 years or more of Siemens Step 7 over all experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PLC Programming.
• Validation of equipment
• Installation Assistance
• Production Support
• Introduction of new model types
• Programming and Debug as required
• Validate safety integration
Must have knowledge:
1. Machining Lines:
a. Engine Block and Head Lines
b. Rod Line
c. Crank Line
2. Software:
a. Siemens 840D
b. Siemens S7-300
c. Siemens WinCC
