The Miracle Foundation is a non-profit organization in the United States and in India is an IndianSection 25 NGO which is responsible for executing our work in India.
The Education Program Manager is responsible to enhance the overall educationalexperience of the children at the children’s homes supported by The MiracleFoundation. This professional will work with the Education Coordinator toimplement educational interventions at the home and monitor children’s progressduring the academic year. This professional will oversee the effectiveness of theeducational programs implemented at the home and its effect on the academicachievement of all children. She will work hand-in-hand with the MiracleFoundation Program Team to develop education programs to benefit the children.
Responsibilities of the Education Program Manager: • Visit the children home biannually to review the educational interventions implemented at the children’s homes • Work with the Education Coordinator to monitor and mentor the staff and consultants at the children’s home including coaching teachers, education
facilitator, computer instructors, etc. to ensure effective support and services are provided to all children. • Work with the Education Coordinator to monitor quality and efficacy of education programs implemented at the children’s homes, measure impact indicators and reporting progress of programs. • Work with The Miracle
