• Post Graduate with a minimum 7 years of experience out of which at least 2 years should be in sales, business development and client engagement.
• S/He should have participated in growing businesses and should have experience of working in sales and marketing of recruitment solution.
• S/He should have prior experience of working independently and have a high level of affinity with technology based solutions.
• Should have the ability to guide and lead teams to deliver effectively on client deliverable.
• Advanced financial management skills.
Highly Desirable:
• Someone who has either worked in a start up or established a vertical/unit from scratch and taken it to scale or been an entrepreneur himself.
