QUALIFICATION: MECHANICAL- Diploma/ BE/ B Tech.
TECHNICAL SKILLS: MS- Office, AutoCAD 2004/2006, Stadd-pro.
OPERATING SYSTEM: Microsoft Windows 98/XP, Windows7, Vista.
EXPERIENCE: Up to 3 Years in Fabrication Industry.
JOB PROFILE :
Analysis on the rejection, find cause and implement new process to avoid rejection Cost and time reducing activities.
Daily checking of all stages for machine parameters quality.
Responsible for final inspection, in process inspection, raw material inspection, & repair section. Controlling painting, blasting works and surface preparation of various jobs.
Review of final, Visual & Dimensional Inspection reports (VDIR).
Co-ordination with Third party Inspection Agency. Review of codes, specification and acceptance criteria of various clients.
R & D, Pilot Plant, Scale-Up Activities.
Accurate Development of Sheet Metal Parts.Inspection of Components & Fabrication at Vendor’s Place.
Exposure to Pro- Engineering, Solid Works and Solid Edge Software.
Troubleshooting in Plant, Laboratory Synthesis & Process Development.
Process Modification of Existing Product for Better Yield & Purity & Implementation on plant scale.
Risk and Safety Analysis and preparation of Safety Report.
Preparation of detailing & drawings works i.e. 2D-3D drgs. on Auto CAD.Checking fabrication's drgs of AHU’s as per client’s specification.Working Knowledge of all the ASME, EN, ASTM, TEMA STANDARDS as per the project requirements and maintain the required Quality Standards.
