JOB PROFILE :
Candidates should have 5 years of experience in design and development in refrigeration systems- stationary and transport. Designing, testing and prototyping of the condensing unit, refrigerated vehicle. Knowledge proper selection of refrigeration components like compressor, dryer, eutectic plate etc. Sizing of Cold storage as per products & Insulation. Ensuring quality and timeliness for design documentation and drawings. Cross-checking drawing details with bill of materials table of drawing, for consistency. Preparing detailed bills of materials and technical specifications for bought out items. Preparation of P& ID, Electrical Wiring, for Refrigeration system Additional knowledge of thermal energy storage and eutectics is highly preferable. Experience in the design and development of vapor compression refrigeration systems for transport and stationary applications. Experience in transport systems, Inverter or VFD based systems and more advanced refrigeration’s preferable. Preferred with experience in working with energy efficient cooling systems. Candidate should be able to design and lead a team in the design of vapor compression systems & Familiar with cold storage and HVAC applications. Practical approach to design, familiar with testing, prototyping, working with vendors on development of systems etc. Skilled in the use of computerized design tools for refrigeration. Engineering Design and development of specialized condensing units and chillers as per application.
